1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services provided by TradeMyServices.com ("TradeMyServices," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use TradeMyServices. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Platform Role and Service Trades

TradeMyServices is a platform that allows users to connect and arrange service-for-service trades. We do not provide, perform, or supervise any of the services offered or received through the platform. Any agreements, trades, or arrangements you make with other users are solely between you and those users.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any services, nor do we endorse or verify any user, listing, or trade. You are solely responsible for evaluating other users and for the decision to enter into a trade.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive information;
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or otherwise engage in abusive or unsafe behavior;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; or
  • Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

6. Listings, Reviews, and Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including listings, profiles, messages, reviews, and other information. By posting content on TradeMyServices, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

7. No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMyServices and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the platform, any trade, or any interaction with other users.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeMyServices, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate or harmful behavior. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
